It has been a while since my last update, and this past week has not been good for me and P90X.
Friday - Day 44

We went to Sandy's house to help George with his photography business plan after work. We ordered pizza for dinner, and to make matters worse I skipped plyo.
Saturday - Day 45

Exercise: Ab Ripper / Back & Biceps / Bicycling (6 mi)
It was one of the very few Saturdays Terri and I did not have anything planed. So I scheduled a ride around the Veloway for myself. . It turned out to be a really nice day, but I did learn how out of shape I am in. Some of the hills were pretty rough on me.
Sunday - Day 46

Terri and I went to my parent's house to celibate Gena, dad and my birthdays. Cake always gets me.
Monday - Day 47

This is me at the penical of fitness. Ate right all day and got my exercise in at night. Now watch my dizzying slide into the depths of gluttony and laziness.
Tuesday - Day 48

I had a business trip to the Valley this week. So of course I used that as an excuse not to workout. Of course the first stop once you land in the Valley has to be El Pato. I believe that is actually a law. In fact I think it is a law of nature, like gravity. And to make matters worse my hotel had an open bar from 5:30 to 7:30.
Wednesday - Day 49

Thursday - Day 50

I finally got back to Austin. That's why the calories are so low. But I still did not workout.
Saturday - Day 52

Terri and I finally tried out Ilsa's Kitchen in Spicewood. Really good food, but for some reason the Germans don't really believe in diets. Then we got together to celibate Julia's Birthday with tons of food and of course cake. Topped off the night with a hokey game, and you can't be a belligerent fan without a couple of beers.
Sunday - Day 53 (My Birthday)

What better way to celibate a birthday than to get your diet back on track and start exercising again. How about over eating and watching TV all day?
Monday - Day 54

Ok a week off my diet and there was no real change in my weight. However I did notice a big difference in the workout. I had a really hard time making it all the way through. I am back on track and I have 4 days to get ripped for my 60 day update.
