Five more days to go until my 30 day update, and I all I have done is gain weight. Boo :( I was listening to Clark Howard the other day, and he was talking about not waiting for the new year to start your resolutions. It is a little late now, but I do like his idea of not waiting for some arbitrary day to better your self.
