Catching Up

Friday - Day 30

The good: I woke up early to get my exercise in.
The bad: I ate pizza while watching A&M in the Cotton Bowl
The ugly: A&M lost to LSU (41-24).

Saturday - Day 31

My arms are still a little sore from the Bicep work out. We had a pretty busy Saturday: Farmers Market in the morning, Container Store in the afternoon, and then we had a party to go to in the evening.

Sunday - Day 32

Exercise: Ashtang Yoga

Woke up and made it to Matt's Ashtanga class in the morning, and then spent the rest of the day trying to get our closet cleaned up. It turned out really nice. The bad part is now when I look in all our other closets, I want to get more elfa systems to organize them.

Monday - Day 33

Exercise: Ab Ripper Plus / Legs & Back

I have started adding weight to some of the exercises. I am a little worried I am going to get into some sort of pattern with this program, and stop improving. However my legs were really sore today, so something must be working.

We had a pot luck breakfast at work, and I brought the Brazilian cheesy bread things. I don't think my coworkers realized they needed to be warmed up. There were leftovers that I brought home. Someone also brought DONUTS. Damn it don't they know I want to try and cut down on my carbs. Not to mention sugar, and cholesterol. Why do donuts have to taste so good.

Tuesday - Day 34

I was a little worn out from work today, so I did not put in all the effort I should have on Kempo. Hopefully I do better tomorrow.
