Terri's big complaint about P90X is that it takes up quite a bit of time. The workouts are about an hour long, and there is about 20 min of ab workout on top of that. Terri is usually hungry right when we get home. So, after I get in, cook dinner and workout, I don't end up eating dinner until about 8:00 or 8:30. And if we want to do anything after work, I really don't have any time to get a workout in.
Personally my biggest complaint about P90X is that it does not travel well. Any time I am on the road, it is really hard to get a workout in. So after my 90 days are up, I think I am going to try and circut training routine that uses body weight rather than free weights. I hope it will cut my workout time in half, and I plan for it to be a good way to keep in shape with all the traveling Terri and I are planning.
Well my last update was right after my birthday, and this one is right after Terri's. Unfortunately my first week of being 34 has not been all that healthy of one.

Thankfully Terri wanted to celibrate her birthday with a Yoga Class. So we got a lot of friends together and did a modified Ashtanga program. The bad news is we also celibrated Chinese New Year and her birthday with a huge meal.
