Catching Up is Hard to Do

Ok, it has been over a week since my last update. I'll try and get everything as accurate as possible.

Wednesday - Day 35

We had Wahoo's for lunch, and celebrated George's new job with ice cream after dinner. I'm afraid the rest of the week just goes down hill from there.

Thursday - Day 36

Not too bad, but I still had ice cream and Pop Chips.


Friday - Day 37

I cooked up a nice beef loin for dinner. Yum.

Saturday - Day 38

I forgot to log my exercise and dinner on Saturday, so my calorie count is probably a little higher. It was my dad's birthday so we went out to eat at Spring Creek and had cake. After lunch Terri had a little date and watched Black Swan. Pretty freaky movie. I really enjoyed it.

Sunday - Day 39

Yoga was the only healthy part of my day. At lunch we meet up with one of Terri's old high school friend at NxNW. Dinner was at County Line for Tommy's 21st birthday. Beef ribs, beer and thress leches cake. How could anyone resist. Then to cap off an awesome day we rented Just Dance for the WII and Erik brought over beer and pizza.

Monday - Day 40

I don't remember everything I did on my day off, but I do remember it being a pretty busy day.

Tuesday - Day 41

Wednesday - Day 42

This day just totally fell apart after work. For my birthday Double Dave's gave me a coupon for a dozen peperoni rolls. Terri was really craving them for dinner, so long story short. Five rolls and four glasses of wine latter I was passed out on the couch rather then getting my
stretching in.

Thursday - Day 43

Today felt good. I was pretty tired when I got home, but I worked out right away, and things went pretty well. This whole tracking my weight thing is getting a little depressing. I have been reading some articles about how the magnetic fields are shifting. I bet that has affected gravity as well and now everything is heavier than it was 43 days ago. That sounds plausible. Right?
