Today was a hard one. I had a long day at work, then Terri had a work happy hour to go to. It was a little late when we were finally able to head home, so we decided to eat out rather than try and cook at home. That probably was not the smartest idea. FYI don't eat Tika Masala right before doing P90X. It was rough, but I made it though the entire workout. Which is better than last week, when I only made it a little over halfway before I had to stop, because I felt like I was going to puke.
This is the workout that's most likely to make me want to puke, too. Way to go on keeping up with it! I'm still trying to have a week where I do all 6 days..
